Challenging position as a digital art designer, with commitment to serve the customers with quality work. And also to help growing the Singapore's Creative industry.

Prior to Joining Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore), my team (consist of 3 people) collaborated with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), on a network game, designed for PC and Pocket PC. I was responsible for the website, game interface design, and some programming parts. The 3D maze game was created using Java 2 programming language, some of the key features of the game includes, multiplayers capabilities, random maze generation and the players can see one another in the maze, represented by an avatar. The project was a great success and the NTU professor, whom we work with, even wrote a testimonial (see testimonial) for our team.

In July 2003, I was introduced to web design by a school friend. And from that time onwards, I was totally hooked up to the computer, and began working on my first personal website - tyZon (a site dedicated to Japanese manga and anime). A few months after tyZon was launched, I decided to provide some basic tutorials in graphics design. And that is how DreamPlus Studio was initially created for. It was only in mid 2005, then I decided to provide some web and print design services for those people who have no knowledge or time for it. And from there, this is how I slowly pick up... Today, DreamPlus Studio is known as a blog + portfolio site to discuss and showcase all my design works...

Since then, I have been working as a part-time freelancer to design web and print content for people. Through my freelance work, I have not only gained a considerable amount of knowledge and experience in designing for the websites and printed materials. But, most importantly to improve on my communication and project management skills, in order to serve the clients more effectively, and to meet tight datelines. Nevertheless, as a freelancer I am always on the look out for an interesting or challenging project to get involved in.

My skills in digital content design and quality work show a strong commitment to helping my clients succeed and excel in individuality. Since I’ve started I’ve gained considerable experience in both print and web designing. This is not only a great benefit to me, but it’s great for my clients as well in which I can help create some of the best work that my clients need and deserve.

Art Appreciation - Since young, I have already developed a deep interest for most kinds of arts, from hand-drawn pieces, on-stage performance, interactive media design, animation, comics, photography, movies, music, fashion to architectural design. Basically anything that deals with arts, I would really appreciate them. During some of my spare time, I do read up on them on the net, books or even magazine. Furthermore, watching movies, listening to music have not only become a form of relaxation for me, but it has also become one of my biggest inspiration sources and motivation.

Gadgets and Technology - Other than appreciating arts, I love high-tech gadgets and latest technology as well, they have make me realised the ever-changing and competent world I am in, and often motivates me to never stop learning, and keep moving on. This would eventually help to make me a better person.

World Travelling - Last but not least, I absolutely love travelling around the globe, although I do not have much money right now, and the countries I have been so far are usually in Asia. But, I know that it is through all these travelling, then I can appreciate more, by understanding the different cultures and less fortunate around me. Other than that, it teaches me how to handle all kinds of people and matters, thus broadening my views.
